- No Returns
We do not accept returns of products once sold. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
- Refunds for Damaged Items
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The item you received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To claim a refund, you must provide a clear unboxing (opening) video of the parcel showing the package from all sides before opening, and the full process of unboxing the product.
Refund requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
- Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed to your original mode of online payment (no cash refunds).
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Conditions Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
No unboxing video is provided.
The product is not damaged or defective.
Damage occurs due to mishandling after delivery.
Incorrect order placed by the customer.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment methods offered on our website.
